Alright, I have to admit… we messed up a bit with our email-sending service recently.🙈

Here’s the lowdown…

Remember that 3,000 emails per month limit in the free ESS plan?

Well, there was a bug which did not check this restriction.

As a result, customers with the FREE ESS plan were able to surpass the 3000 per month limit.

But we quickly caught this bug and rectified it.

What happens now?

The Free ESS plan works as it is supposed to.

If you are on the Free plan of ESS, you will be able to send 3000 emails using the Icegram Express ESS.

If you surpass this limit, the email sending will be taken over by whatever email-sending service you have listed in Settings.

BTW, you sent {{subscriber.extendedesslimit | fallback:’more than 3000′}} emails last month using ESS. And I hope the experience was smooth!
