Ans: Currently, ESS supports up to 3000 free emails per month. You can increase this limit by upgrading to a paid plan.here.

Ans: No! ESS eliminates the need for external email services, making it a hassle-free solution.

Q3: Is ESS difficult to configure?

Ans: Not at all! ESS requires a one-time setup. Check out our setup guide for details.

Q4: How can I upgrade my email sending limit if I need to send more emails?

Ans: You can either contact support for assistance or purchase a new subscription using a different account and configure it accordingly.

Q5: How can I debug issues if I encounter problems sending emails after setting up ESS?

Ans: Visit Icegram Express > Logs to check for any issues. If you're unable to resolve the problem, you can share a screenshot of the log with our support team, and we'll assist you further.

Q6: Can free users of Icegram Express use the Email Sending Service (ESS) for sending emails?

Ans: Yes, free users can use ESS to send emails without needing the paid version of Icegram Express. Please note that the free plan does not include a CRON service, so the plugin will use your default cron resources.

Q7. Can I opt out of it?

Ans: Yes, There isn't any explicit setting to disable ESS. Therefore to Disable ESS, the admin will need to only need to switch their mailer to other mailers(WP Mail, Sendgrid etc).
